We use 'I believe' to express an opinion or something we think is true. Notice the following:

supposed to be

They're supposed to be beautiful.

We use 'supposed to be' to talk about what people say or expect is true. Notice the following:

1. This restaurant is supposed to be excellent.
2. The movie is supposed to be very funny.

straight to

So are you going straight to Cambodia?

If you go 'straight to' a place, you go there directly without stopping somewhere else first. Notice the following:

1. We drove straight to the hotel.
2. She went straight to work after the airport.

through

Are you going through Thailand?

Here, 'through' means traveling across or passing through a place on the way to another destination. Notice the following:

1. We drove through the mountains.
2. Our flight goes through Singapore.
